- Stuff and Fluff, fill the skin.

Warm the heart and make a wish before placing in your bear.

If you are recording a message now is the time to record, when you are happy with your 10 second message you can place it inside the Bears hand.

When everything is in place, close the bear with our one way zipper

You can groom and fluff your bear.

Provide the party host with the your details and the name of your bear to get your own personalised Brith Certificate

If you are having clothes at your party now is the time to kit your Bear out with our latest fashions

All that is left is to give your bear a big and put it in the carry case to take home.
If you are hosting your party you will receive the Standard or Deluxe Kits through the post. There will be an instruction Page for each party. There will also be a page of age related bear party ideas to help with the rest of the party.
If you are having a Party Bear Host the he or she will arrive with the party kits and name stickers and lots of fun ideas for after the bear making is finished.
Your extras are the clothes and accessories.
With the standard party kits, with a party of more than 10 the party child will receive an upgrade to the deluxe kit.
Each Birthday child will receive a special T-Shirt and Jeans for their Bear.
You choose your cost.
The standard kits include a no-sew bear skin or animal of your choice, stuffing pack, a heart and a carry home cage. HK$150 per kit.
The deluxe kit includes a no-sew bear skin or animal of your choice, stuffing pack, a heart, a carry home cage, a 10 second recording voice box, and an outfit of your choice. HK$200 per kit.
- Each Bear kit includes a personalised Birth Certificate sent by mail after the party
- For a party of 10 or more kits you receive a 10% discount.
- Clothes and accessories are priced from HK$30 each.
- A dedicated Party Host for your party for the bear making is HK$1,000

It is helpful for us to know;
- Your preferred party date and time
- Which package you are interested in and what clothes that you would like to include
- Will you be having a Party Host
- How many guests will there be
- Which bears or animals that you would like, as well as any clothes for each animal. They can be all the same or a selection. Note if you are having a Host we will bring along a selection of animals and clothes to choose from.
- The Childs name, Date of Birth and if it is a boy or girl. Also if it is a Birthday party or other special event.
- The address where the party will be held.
You are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your party bear booking.
Then 72 hours prior to the party you are required to pay the remaining amound due (including any postage charges). If you are hosting your own party then you can have the bears shipped anywhere within Hong Kong. Postage costs as follows;
Up to 6 Kits = HK$47
Up to 12 Kits = HK$77
Up to 18 Kits = HK$107
Up to 24 Kits = HK$137
A parent or host needs to be there to organise and instruct the party. Children younger than 4 years may need help from adults for some of the stages
